PERSONAL PROFILE:

With a diploma in graphic design as well as the necessary qualifications and experience in the industry; From Quay West restaurant at the Cape Grace Hotel, V & A Waterfront, in 1998 to the Human Resources Department followed by a promotion to PR manager in 2000.

Pamela Tosh was privileged to work under the guidance of top restaurateur and acclaimed food and wine writer Michael Olivier at the well known Parks Restaurant, Constantia, from December 2000 to February 2001. Thereafter as Sales & Marketing Coordinator at Hotel Le Vendôme, Sea Point followed in August 2001 by a wide range of responsibilities as PRO and Conferencing and Banqueting Coordinator at The River Club, Observatory. From April 2003 until July 2007 Pamela Tosh was employed as Office Manager and Account Executive at boutique perception management consultancy Manley Communications and transitioned into Pamela Tosh Event & Media Solutions with the following client history:
